There are many things we love about Thailand, the land of smiles, but their enthusiasm for munching tangy insect-based dishes tops the list. We have borrowed from Thai cuisine in creating our second Chapul bar. With coconut, ginger and lime flavor, this bar is a mix of dates, almond butter, and cashews. Its hard to imagine a tastier way to join the revolution. And get a healthy dose of Chapul cricket protein flour, as always. Grab a dozen Thai bars!

Nice flavors really reminiscent of Thai ingredients. Very flavorful, but not spicy (hot). Perhaps a spicy version in the future?

Great idea for a product. I love the global inspiration and use of insect products, but I think the bars lack any real kick! Could use some more herbs or spices blended in. More taste and more health benefits!!
